Imagine receiving guidance from a great manager or collaborating with an experienced colleague you look up to. Our platform replicates these experiences, condensing years of growth into just a few short months.
- First, try with no instruction
Like getting a task at work, you aren't presented with theory first. Try first, then compare yourself to an expert's answer.
- Next, cover some brief theory
Typically about 7 minutes of traditional 'lecture'. Similar to an experienced colleague giving tips after seeing your work.
- Finally, try again applying theory
Try a new, different challenge then compare with other answers.
Use when needing to 'do', not just explain.
This method is not necessary for 'procedural' skills, such as where to click on a screen or something else that can be achieved with step-by-step instructions. If all you need is awareness of a topic, to be able to describe it, then again this is overkill. But if you need to do something new, quickly, as if you've done it before, then this is a great solution for you.
